What is the difference between a Flapjack and an Oat Bake?
The Original Oat Bake is has been designed for those grab-and-go moments when you need something easy to eat on the move or stashed in the bag for later. It weighs in at 60g making it the perfect snack for those mid-day energy emergencies! Our Original flapjack weighs 180g and is more suitable for gifting and sit-down occasions. Both are suitable for vegans and nut free.

When will I receive my flapjacks?
To ensure your flapjacks arrive quickly we send orders with next working day delivery with courier APC. Orders must be placed by 1pm to be received the following day. Any orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be posted out on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

How long will my flapjacks last?
Our Flapjacks have a month best before date. Once opened we recommend consuming them within two days for the best eating experience!
Please note, the Breakfast Bar, Carrot Cake and Black Forest Gateau have a two week sell by date and need to be stored in the fridge.

Can my flapjacks be frozen?
All our flapjacks can be frozen.

How much do the flapjacks weigh?
Each flapjack weighs approximately 180g . Each Oat Bake weighs 60g.

What do I do if my delivery has not arrived?
If you placed your order before 1pm it should be delivered by APC the next day. You should receive tracking updates including a tracking number from the courier via text message.
Visit the courier website and input the tracking number to get an update on where your package is.
If your order does not arrive and you did not receive any communication from the courier please email us at info@oatopia.co.uk

What happens if I miss my delivery?
Our courier APC will deliver your order to the designated shipping address. If the first delivery attempt fails APC will attempt to redeliver the next day.
The phone number you submitted with your order will be the number used for tracking and delivery updates.

Will the flapjacks be wrapped or loose?
All our Flapjacks are packaged and sealed individually in craft bags. If you order a gift box every flapjack inside the box will be individually wrapped.
The craft bags are recyclable at supermarkets.

Started by Tamar, two daughters Yasmin and Sophie and husband Pete, Oatopia has been a family affair from the beginning.
We've been perfecting our recipes and honing our craft for over 14 years, starting out from a small converted van selling our flapjacks at festivals to selling across the UK, with our Oat Bakes now launching on easyJet.
